Welcome to the website of the 5th Congress of Asian and the Pacific Studies!

The programme is now online: 140 sessions are scheduled, with a total of nearly 500 speakers.

Registrations were open until August, 30th, 2015 for the public (new cutt-off date).

The congress took place from Wednesday 9 September through Friday 11 September 2015.
It was held in Paris at the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations, Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco).

This congress is organised by the French research consortium for Asian studies - GIS Asie -, and the Asia and the Pacific Network - Réseau Asie & Pacifique (French national center for scientific research, CNRS), http://www.reseau-asie.com.
It is the only congress in France bringing together researchers whose work deals with Asia and the Pacific.
